In talking to Suddenlink, they stated that they can't route away from GBLX as GBLX is their main provider. They are aware of the issue and working on it though.

Check who your ISP is using as their backbone (use tracert). If it's GBLX, there's the problem... until it is fixed.

I called GBLX, got the same answer of not being a "customer." But even that, should be a lie as I am a customer of my ISP who is their customer. No? I contacted my ISP about pursuing this issue, still waiting for a response.
